We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

We want to make purchasing Stortvalley as easy as possible for our customers, so we offer a variety of different payment options. The following information should answer most questions, but if you have any questions or concerns about the shipping of your order please contact us.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept several payment options for your convenience. We can accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept debit cards which have the visa or MasterCard logo on them. In addition, we can take payments through PayPal as well.

You can pay with any Credit/Debit Card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal Account

Are there any Extra Fees?
The total price of your order will be clearly displayed on the order page before you confirm your purchase. This includes the price of your products plus any shipping charges and taxes that are collected.

Can I Mail you a Cheque?
At this time we only take payments made through the internet using one of the above mentioned methods.

Can I Make an Order Over the Phone?
Yes, simply call us at 01279 305862 and speak with one of our customer service professionals. They will take down your order and accept your credit card payment right on the phone.
